While we don't offer direct refunds, we're happy to provide store credit for eligible returns made within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in their original new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and labels attached. For Australian orders, we offer $10 shipping with Standard Australia Post. Email terraaveline@outlook.com if you have any questions or would like to inquire about express post.

For our international customers, we offer $15 shipping to New Zealand and $20 shipping to most other countries using International Standard Australia Post. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied by your country. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please email us before completing your purchase.

For Australian orders, you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days after your order has been dispatched. If you're in a rural or regional area, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery.
